Equalizer in Spotify for PC?

I’m using Spotify on my Samsung mobile-phone and it has an equalizer.
Does the Spotify for PC (using WIN 8.1) have the same option? I can't find any.

There are many talks about it on the web; it seems that the desktop version has no equalizer like the mobile version.

You can use EqualizerPro (http://www.equalizerpro.com/)
It will affect all your audio output including Spotify.
